Investing in innovation: CMD at AERO FRIEDRICHSHAFEN 2019

March, 20 th 2019. On April, 10 – 13 2019 CMD is going to attend AERO FRIEDRICHSHAFEN, one of the most important Avio exhibition in the world. This year the main focus will be on GF56, the only 2 strokes diesel common rail direct injection engine in the world which got a lot of success during the last AERO edition. At the exhibition CMD22 will be the second engine to be displayed: it is a 4 strokes gasoline indirect electronic injection system engine which obtained the TYPE CERTIFICATE from EASA (European Aviation Safety Agency) in 2018. The engine has been currently enriching with other functional innovations.

CMD’s main purpose is to share with Avio experts and visitors company’s updated progress related to the acquisition of new production plants to fulfill market’s requirements: “Investing in innovation” will be CMD motto at FRIEDRICHSHAFEN 2019. CMD is also involved in GF56 Type Certificate achievement process: our Avio team, after having the kick-off meeting with EASA on November 2018, is hard working for obtaining EASA Type Certificate in a short time.
